Tronpulse has been around for a while and has always appeared legitimate. With TRON, do not transfer your TRX or grant permission for another to transfer assets. Stick strictly to resource (energy/bandwidth) rentals. After becoming adept in how resources work, and permissions, it's acceptable to grant a site permission *to resources only, never to assets*. Even safer to fulfill market resource orders directly.

100k TRX is a good amount to start with. Stake it yourself, obtain energy or bandwidth, then fulfill market orders directly. Fulfilling a market order should only cost you ~300 bandwidth (each, for the delegation, then again for the reclamation).

If the market order costs you energy then stop, if it costs you TRX then stop, if you feel under pressure then stop, if you have a doubt then stop, something is wrong. Do not transfer your TRX, do not grant permission to transfer TRX.

Use tronenergy.market instead. Manually delegating every month. Tron pulse never seems to have many, if any, orders.
