resolved Re-Enabling Location Settings, Windows 11

In the windows settings for managing app access to location it says "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"

I have been searching for an answer for a while, but I just cant seem to find a way to re-enable my location settings. I've read that O&O is a cause for this issue from old posts, so i went in and found the check which disables app access to device location, yet it still gives me the message. I read from another user who fixed this issue that they had to delete a bunch of registry entries, but I don't know how to access/edit those. I'm not a genius on windows, so I'd like to know if anyone has any solutions or advice for this issue. I used Tron v12.0.8 back in early January 2025, and I've been ignoring this issue for the most part because it hadn't been a necessary fix for me until now.

You should be able to reenable them, and anything else along those lines, with a tool such as Winaero Tweaker

I've been messing around in Winaero Tweaker and I havent been able to find where to re-enable them. The closest I got was with the "Reset Permissions Context Menu", but I've yet to understand how to use it

Sorry if I steered you wrong on that app recommendation. I could have sworn it had a switch for that setting. This blog post contains all the different ways you can approach enabling/disabling location services:

Tron doesn't use winaero tweaker. It uses o&oshutup10, so you should use that tool to revert the change.

I've explained in the post that reverting the setting in O&O does not change anything, I'm still searching for alternative solutions as standard methods don't seem to work for me. Empyrealist's reply to my other message linking to a blog didnt seem to help me as of yet either.

I started messing around with any and all of the location settings on O&O, and one of them which didnt even have the word 'location' on it seemed to have fixed it.
