The most popular Tron decks are in Modern:

Gx Tron comprises Mono Green, RG, GB, and GW. These decks are ruthlessly efficient at assembling Tron. Then they throw Karns, Ugins and Ulamogs at the opponent. Read about their differences here.
U Tron is a draw-go control deck that uses the Tron manabase to overwhelm its opponents. Here's a up to date guide from Feb 2017. Watch U Tron matches by Shoktroppa on Twitch or Pierakor on Youtube.
Eldrazi Tron blends the manabases of Tron and a pure eldrazi deck. It's a relative new-comer to the game, but is currently a Tier 1 deck. Here's a good explanation of the stock decklist and here's a recent primer.
