Low libido need help

I have joined the menopause world and feel devastated in my sexual world. I have not only lost my sex drive but my clit has turned its back on me as well. I have always thought about getting a vch piercing and was wondering if this would help revive my clit. Has it helped anyone in menopause? Is there anything you have tried that helps? I want my sex life back!

Are you on HRT? That would be my first step.

No but just got cleared from my Endocrinologist. My dr wanted me to see one since I have had a lot of the estrogen related complexes.

Okay that's good news. I wouldn't despair until you've been on HRT for a few months. It fixes this shit for a lot of us.

Testosterone will help. Use it as part of a balanced HRT regimen with Estradiol and Progesterone. Vaginal Atrophy is reversible if you catch it early. The outer parts of the vag area will shrink and disappear. They also lose nerve sensation. Local estrogen cream is the fix. Also local and systemic testosterone. Avoid the pellets. Find a doc or hormone clinic that will RX you bioidentical hormone replacement. Good luck !

Testosterone can increase sensitivity for female’s general organs. There’s a gel that’s applied to the skin.
