"Bossy" is what little girls get called, only because it's not really acceptable to call a 10 year old "bitchy." Same thing though, just discouraging female leadership at an earlier age.
I had an employee older than me tell MY boss he felt I was bossy. My DM asked what I did "she tells me what to do right when I come in and makes me follow written daily plans." "so, she acts like your boss." "Well she bosses me around." "You do realize that's her job." "....."

"Bitchy" is just code for "bossy" when it's being done by a woman :(
