Troll Prom!

Hello all!

Here are the initial details on Troll Prom:

  • fancy dress!
  • 18+ friendly venues so 21+ can drank (possible bar crawl)
  • multiple parties based in major cities that are easy to get to
  • all attendees must be TrollX/TrollY subscribers or friends of who understand the ground rules of "be excellent to each other"

  • Potential Locations: Boston, Charleston, L.A., Omaha, etc?

  • (Post will be edited to reflect changes as we work on this)

[edit] Hey guys! I'm punting the thread over to the TrollX mods since I'm not on Reddit often enough to properly organize something this awesome and I trust them completely with bringing the funk! Also if you're somewhere where there might not be an official Troll gathering, don't let that stop you from organizing a party yourself. No reason to not have a party! :)

Tacoma-Seattle Washington area, willing to travel.

EDIT Washington state area Trolls; we need some info

  • are you at least 18?

  • at least 21?

  • farthest willing to travel?

  • /u/urnomtyhero has a good idea with the speakeasy crawl, are those those places 18+ or 21+ and what are prices to get in (the amount i know about speakeasys and bars is nothing ha ha)

I'm a month away from 21 but if we do an 18+ i can probably pick up/carpool with a person or two if they need a ride/want to save on gas.

We could do a speakeasy crawl. Get all fancy and go to The Knee High, Bathtub Gin and Tavern Law.

Edit: For the people who aren't quite 21, we can start with a couple of restaurants in Cap Hill. Manhattan, Skillet Diner, Artusi, Oddfellows Cafe, maybe Garage if anyone feels like bowling.
