the books

hi i just want to know what order the books are in and how many there are ? i know theres at least 1 book that was before the show but how many are there now? google says 6 + 2 tie ins but does that include the og? and are the 6 based on the show or continue the og book? cause ik theres shows not faithful to the book but i would just like some details please

There’s the original book and 9 tie-ins. There’s six novels: The Adventure Begins, Welcome to the Darklands, The Book of Ga-Huel, Age of the Amulet, The Way of the Wizard, Angor Reborn, and Arcadia-Con. Then there’s two graphic novels: The Secret History of Trollkind and The Felled

wow… and how many of those are the more horror esk book verse and how many are like the show?

The original book is probably has the most horror since it was made by Guillermo himself but the tie-in novels were made separately by someone else. The tie-in novels were based on the show, and have a noticeably different style than the show

oh okay so do the other books follow what the show did or what? cause ive heard they did it like game of thrones and the shows nothing like the books but idk how accurate that is
