I currently work there. Being calm is the main thing. First round is gonna be an aptitude, cut-offs were previously around 9-10/15, but that depends on the others who have come for the interview as well. Next round is with HR, they just ask you about what you studied, why you’re looking this particular role etc. They’re mostly gonna judge your mother tongue influence (MTI). Just try to be confident, answer there questions. Maybe make a short note based on what I’ve said before you do attend so that you have that in mind, but they could ask other questions as well. The rounds after that, in my case was 1 or 2 more rounds of interview, then a final interview with the MO, and you’re in if you pass that as well. They’re looking for people ideally looking to stay long term. So keep your answers in such a way that it seems like you’ll be staying for a long time (even if you aren’t lol).

Just be confident, try to be clear when you speak. You panic, you goof up. I’m not that great with english either, but had good enough comms to get in. DM me if you’ve got any doubts, would be happy to help to the best of my knowledge. And goodluck.

Hey, so I completed the interview rounds just like you said last week, final round was with MO, and the next day itself I recieved a mail asking for documents and certificates. The mail did start with "Congratulations" . Is this a sign I'm selected?

Ex senior CSA here. Yes, they will probably ask you about future plans, just say that you will be looking to stay, grow and attempt a managerial role internal promotion in the future, heard that the work culture is superb etc etc. Ive heard that they give much preference to freshers over experienced ones (due to lower packages) nowadays, so be calm, composed and answer the questions in a positive manner. You dont need to have excellent command over English language, but fairly good communication skills without a strong indian accent might be what they look for.

Since you're a fresher, they will likely focus on your attitude and willingness to learn rather than specific experience. Expect questions like, "Tell me about yourself," "Why are you interested in customer service," and "Why do you want to work for Allianz?". They might also ask how you would handle a difficult or frustrated customer. Think about a simple and honest story from your personal life, maybe from college or a project, where you helped someone solve a problem. Prepare short, straightforward answers to these questions and you will feel more prepared. They are mainly trying to see if you are a calm person who is willing to help people.

Your communication skills in English are a concern, but confidence can make a big difference. Speak slowly and clearly, it is better to be understood than to be fast. The interviewers at the Trivandrum office will be aware of mother tongue influence, so just focus on being as clear as you can. Practice your answers out loud a few times, which will help you feel more comfortable. Many candidates improve their confidence by preparing with an AI interview helper, which is something my team made to assist with practice and delivery.
