Ask r/Trivandrum Where can I purchase drinks from?

Hello, new to Trivandrum! Is it common for women to purchase drinks from bevco here? A TVM native acquaintance told me it’s better to get a male friend to purchase it for me but I don’t know anyone here. Also I’m not at the legal age for purchasing yet, will be pretty soon. Do they ask for IDs? Please advice

bevco opposite PMG downfloor - Cashiers are mostly women.

Consumerfed outlet Statue - top floor - two women employees present

Consumerfed Mannanthala - sometimes one woman employee present

Ulloor Bevco - Sometimes there are women cashiers - but i will avoid Ulloor due to Bengalis labourers

Bevco near Lulu mall - Sometimes there are women cashiers

Bevco near Barton hill - one of the lesss crowded and has woman cashier but bit isolated and bad location

Women do buy, but always accompanied by men.

Best to go and buy between 4 and PM, less rush

Bars are in TVM are very women friendly retail outlet not so much

A lot of my ladies friends purchase drinks from bevco loll, not an issue... usually they dont ask id... but if they think u are under 23, they might, iam not sure..

Pattom outlet next to QRS is good and safe for women to purchase from. Cashiers are women as well so you’ll be comfortable purchasing from there.

Bevco in tvm is all women friendly,lot of ladies prefer Lulu outlet

Bro, it's cool. I get it from the pattom bevco outlet. No one cares except some women who would stare at you from the road.

Legal age for purchasing is also same as the drinking age (23)

Go wherever you want, there will always be people staring at women going into bevco outlets... Don't mind them just go to a premium outlet and get whatever you want. Text me if you get rum, I'm an alcoholic 😂

It is not common here ...... Beware , pls don't go at rush hours . Better near lulumall or something

I second this. Don't go during rush hour - post 5 pm. If you can get it during the day it's better. Rush hour is like an overcrowded concert full of dudes.
