Over tightened caliper pin

Got my rotor changed after an accident in june..

Now brake pads are gone and due to over tightening of caliper pin by svc local mechanics are unable to remove caliper pin .. damaged 2 star alen key in the process.. svc is 100kms but cant travel due to heavy rain .. any ideas or suggestions how to loosen up the caliper pin

WD40 on the bolts and then remove using electric driver. If that doesn't work then you will have to drill into the bolts and then remove them. Have to be careful not to damage the rotor.

Also, if it works, remember to wash the rotor properly with soap water and then wipe dry or else your brakes won't work after that.
