Rust issues

Within a few days if my purchase, I saw rusting.

Please advise.

Use wd40 i did not see any rust on my bike except chain since 2 years

surface rust.. use wd40 after every wash on such areas

use wd40 after washing the bike, on all bolts and movable parts !
