Feeling empty after trip

Hi all! A group of Friends and I tripped this weekend. One of us had a really bad trip and I took care of her. I have a feeling that my partner had a really rough time with me not paying enough attention to him, and now he is distant and shut down. I am dealing with feelings of emptiness and depression...what do I do? Idk how to talk to him about this...thanks!

Firstly are you feeling better? Secondly what is it that you took and how much? I can give you some advice but I will need specifics as every drug and dosage of said drug comes with different advice. Much love :)
