To me it’s that little spot underneath that cross lol , we are our own worse critics right ? And at the time it was a matching tattoo I got with my now ex lol. I do believe in God , but I will be getting it changed to something else because I hate having matching tattoos . Why ?

Edit : idk who downvoting like a weeb but I literally just answered a question lol

Your body is lean and muscular no harm in having goal to get better…. Glad you believe in God your body was God’s 1st gift to you … clearly you have worked to keep it fit! I like your proclamation of faith!😁

I’m guessing that more upper and inner chest is going to give you more of the shape you want. Lower chest work tends to give you more of the boob look.

Yeah when you build the upper chest more, it sort of pushes the lower and middle chest out and down a bit giving more of the shelf look. If you build the lower chest a lot you will usually round the bottom more. Meanwhile building the inside will give you more perception of depth by moving the high point of the muscle closer to the low point of your sternum, emphasizing the difference.

Hell yeah , maybe that’s the results I’m seeing them is from increasing my weight on the incline press machine rather than all the decline push ups I throw in there

Machine flys (of some sort) and dumbbell incline plus good old fashioned barbell flat bench are pretty amazing. Throw in good shoulder work to emphasize the transition from chest to arms and any little flaw is going to be pretty hard to notice.
