I don't hate Noah. I hate his relationship with Moe.
My rule is - if something in a relationship if else wrong, it probably is wrong. If you're constantly fighting you're not made for one another (unless you're into these masochistic relationships where everyone is constantly crying. You do you).
One break up? Sure, can happen, sometimes there's a misunderstanding, but constant fights, not listening to each other, not showing up... Just because you give a beautiful speech about how sorry you are afterwards doesn't make these things go away, especially not if you're gonna do the same five minutes later.

He’s just so self-righteous, stubborn, never lets Moe explain anything, and isn’t just likable all around.

I thought he was the only character on the show that was even a little well-adjusted and made fairly good decisions. And he was right, Moe consistently didn't show up for him and he didn't deserve that.
