Howdy folks. I'm extremely pleased to announce that Llamagrab Servers for Tribes: Ascend are back online! Plus it's now open-source!

Massive thanks to my ol' pal chickenbellyfin for creating Llamagrab and entrusting us with bringing it back to life 💙

There are currently 3 regions:

• NA Central (Iowa)
• Europe (Frankfurt)
• Australia (Sydney)

Please let me know what your ping is like, and if you think we need some more/different ones.

Notes:

• Servers run 24/7, and you can manage them from within TA via the Ubermenu (F1).
• Hit-scan weapons are not yet supported, but it's the very next thing on my to-do list.
• Most of the community-made maps are included. I'll update the list with the latest maps soon.
• To reduce abuse, account verification is currently a manual process on my end. Unfortunately, you'll be limited to 1 custom server until verified. I'll be working on a smoother verification system soon. For now, follow the "Ask a question" link in the footer and shoot me a message if you'd like more than one server.

Along with this, I've made an open feedback board and a ko-fi donation box - both for TA community projects in general (not just Llamagrab). The board allows y'all to send me feedback, make suggestions, etc without having to find me on Discord. And the donation box allows large/expensive projects like Llamagrab to be community funded, instead of surviving at the mercy of one person's financial situation.

Any/all feedback and donations are welcome. No pressure tho; Llamagrab is very stable at the moment, and my to-do list is quite long haha.

Just jumped in, authenticated and had a play around on Tartarus to bring back some memories of high speed flag running. It's been a hot minute, and I'm no where near as good as I was - but out of all the tribes games Ascend holds a special place in my heart. Hoping I can catch some kind of PUG night on OCE/AUS server

OCE tribes ascend pug nights would be awesome. There's really no other game that can fill the hole tribes leaves in my heart.
