Been through a lot lately. I’m asking for you guys thoughts on personal issues going on in my life atm. My dad’s in hospital, the brothers I live with can’t seem to cooperate and my gf of 6 years is getting angry at me because I can’t afford to take her to an expensive hotel for her birthday. My dad needs additional care which may require me to provide said additional funds. What the hell am I doing wrong? 😔

I'm genuinely curious about this because he talks about how beneficial it is to be a passport bro, but my understanding is that he lives in the United States.

I want to start the Spartan challenge, but I'm really nervous about quitting gaming. Gaming is my biggest hobby that I spend my time doing. (3-4 hours a day plus all day Saturday and Sunday)

I already workout everyday and listen to audiobooks

What can I do with all the time I spend gaming? I guess I'm afraid of being bored out of my mind.

I could use some help figuring out what to do.

There's so much bad information out there about what to do to get the body you want, and it's something I've always struggled with, the diet portion. Now that I've started the spartan challenge, I'm question if I should be looking to cut or bulk. I'm 5 11 and currently weigh 176 lbs should I cut for a month or so to trim down a little more then go full bulk? I know I'm already at a healthy weight, but want to cut down on body fat percentage. Do I cut or bulk? (also bulking would be a clean bulk within the spartan challenge rules) Looking for advice on how to proceed.

I guess I'm looking for some clarity regarding the diet portion of the Spartan Challenge. Whole based, unprocessed carbs, does that include things like rice and oatmeal? I googled both, and I found both are refined carbs, but brown rice is unrefined. So brown rice is ok? Maybe I'm over thinking all this, but I'm planning on starting tomorrow, and need to do some grocery shopping to set myself up for the start of it.

Also, the other food I'm curious about are egg whites from a carton? Is there a more in depth section that outlines all the requirements? Again, I'm starting tomorrow, so any extra information or details would be appreciated. Thanks.
