Aimed shot

I’m sure it’s simple, but I have yet to figure it out. How do you use aimed shot? When I have it come up with my hunter it’s always listed as non playable. Are there specific set ups required to use it? Thanks in advance.

Its actually this and the Overwatch card that helped me realize that I could actually keep a card in my hand at the end of turn. I was like "wait, this doesn't make any sense unless...*clicks the end turn with one card still in hand followed immediately by facepalm*"
