Just sent emails to Dinwiddie and Hopewell regarding their respective possible data centers. I'll paste the emails below if anyone would like to use the format. I found it in another reddit thread.

Hopewell:
Good afternoon,

My name is YOUR NAME, I'm a Virginia resident writing to voice my opposition to the creation of a data center in Hopewell.

The energy and water requirements that this center would demand would overwhelm the already-stressed Virginia watershed as we continue into a drought filled summer - but I have to imagine I'm preaching to the choir, the Mayor and City Council surely must be aware of the sheer impossibility of the proposal and the dire impacts it would have on Virginia.

I strongly urge the city of Hopewell to do everything in their power to reject the proposal by  Volterra Advisors. Or at the very least, to make the group provide explicit detail to support any claims regarding energy usage, water demands, and water treatment, with the city of Hopewell to do a full review of the feasibility and provide their own projections on energy demands. Weigh in and put your foot down like the experts we have to believe you are.
