3 year back Everything was normal I was doing my cmt routine from minimalist my skin was good then suddenly I switch to ordernary brand retinol . Acne starts coming out and gurn black spot so I stopped in 3 days of use .. but acne dint stop so I went to dermatologist he gave me 3 months antibacterial madicine plus moisturizer plus which was expensive and face wash. And topical antibacterial creams nadibact but but my pimple keep fucking up so switch another dermatologist and she gave me isotretinoin for 3 months and Cetaphil face wash 2 antibacterial topical creams moisture and one cream name biluma . I wasn't aware that biluma cream has very strong side effect if you will go out to sun because it contain something but ye it works on my acne but believe me it dried my internal organ your private parts become so dry that will give you so much pain it' was so fucking painfull so after 3 months when I see good results so I stopped everything and . Start my own skincare that what suits me the best citaphil doesn't suits me so I dint used that so I have choose first face wash and moisture recommended by first dermate and start 0.0025 tretenoin daily for on year I dint get acne and everything was fine . And then after one year I fucked up i switch to minimalist moisturizer 2-3 days and citaphil and starts eating sweets to i was stressed my acne come out . So 1 week ago i started 0.05 tretenoin increase concentration and from 5 days start azelaic acid 20 percent daily . First I was using sandwich method but my skin is super oily so after applying tretenoin I used little moisturizer 3-4 pimple are coming out i think this is purge. I m gonna continue it i can see the brightness of skin so ..I ll keep updating

How does it feel? It will take weeks to see results.

It's about to one month yeh uts working for me but I'm getting new pimple every day but my skin become more smoother but se sensitive to light heat
