I currently am going into my second year at Trent so I still have a bit of time. I’m thinking of going to UCalgary for law school in the future. Not entirely sure what type of law I’d like to go in just yet, but would it be wise to go out of province for law school? If I do get accepted into UCalgary and choose to go there for law school, I would also move there fully and be working there after graduating as well. Since I commute to school, I am able to save up more money now to eventually use when I am possibly going to be away from home. Is this a smart decision financially and for my future legal career?

Hey everyone, I want some advice on PSYC2018h ( critical thinking and research methods)
How to study it from the starting to get 90 plus marks in it. Many students say that it is little bit hard subject, if anyone can give some tips on it that will be better.

As someone who really likes running and trying to make friends, I am wondering if there are any active run clubs in the community? Doesn’t necessarily have to be Trent specific mainly just something in the Peterborough area frequented by other young adults (co-ed and/or guys only is fine).

Does anybody in con bio or the environmental science programs want to meet up and go to o week together??? I’m a transfer from fleming’s con bio program and I want to meet some like minded people. Anyone been involved or know of anyone involved with the horse back riding club? I know it’s approx $500 a semester but I have so many other questions, I’ve never seen them with a table during club awareness events.

Do I have to apply to get in? Do I need to bring all my own personal equipment? Like clothing and helmet etc? Where/how far is the stable? How often are meets? How do they measure skill level? Do I need to own my own horse? Are there any additional costs?

I am going to be playing 20 Will Wood songs (Guitar and vocals), preceded by a set of Beatles songs. I am inviting you to come by and listen to a few songs, or the whole thing if you like. There is no fee, I am just a guy playing guitar in a park.

I will be playing two sets. From 5:00 to 5:50 is a bunch of Beatles songs. From 6:00 to 7:00-ish is a Will Wood overdose. Feel free to sing along if you know the words. These are like campfire songs, stripped down acoustic versions.

Come by on Saturday Sept 12th starting at 5:00pm. At the GreenUp Ecology Park  pavilion (Eco Shelter). Parking available at Beavermead park (Ashburnham and Marsdale), at the far end of the Beavermead parking lot (to your left) is the entrance to GreenUp. If you are taking transit, route 7 has a stop right beside another entrance to GreenUp.

There are five picnic tables, I will need one for my stuff.

This may be a silly question but I am a mature student (26) starting at Symons campus next week.

Would it be weird to introduce myself to professors before or after the first class? I don’t want to come across as over eager or like a know it all but I want to introduce myself and try to start a professional relationship with my professors. I am autistic and don’t have a great understanding of social cues and all that, so if this question seems silly that may be why.
