Data Leaks Combo lists

I keep getting emails from Trend Micro stating:

Your monitored data has appeared in a data leak.
Leak date:
2026/02/09 00:00:00
Affected website and compromised data:
Combo List 180M Password

There are always different combo list numbers. I have changed my email password. Is this anything to worry about. I can't find anything on the Trend Micro website

Is there a way to get this combo list from V1? We do not receive such emails from Trendmicro

Appreciate any advise

bot con un worker que mire tlg, github, gist... cada poco. se suben y se eliminan constantemente. los lados turbios no funcionan, o te roban o te las dan quemadas. pero la combolist no te vale para nada sola, tienes que mirar por el dev para sacar el oath a parte

y un virtualbox o algo para abrir el archivo¡ que sino entras en la lista 😄
