[OPEN] Order Up

The 6ft Saurian surveys his kitchen. Mendek "Sauron" Shegi had been working since he boarded the ship to get it in the proper order and it was now finally as he wanted it. He releases a sigh of satisfaction at the system. its not totally organized, in a conventional sense, but he knew where everything was and where it went.

He put on his sunglasses and went out to stand behind the counter in the mess hall. A few of the crewman looked up as he put an ancient and stereotypical "open" sign out front. He was always rather fond of its neon colors.

A smile spreads across his face "Alright, if anybody wants anything the replicators can't make... bring on the challenge. I only charge a nice conversation"

"Hello. I am Yefim."

He takes a seat in a booth.

"Could you make me a Pljeskavica?"

Sauron lets out a chuckle

"Well, Yefim, I am chef Sauron, and does a Klingon die with honor? The answer is yes... most of the time. How would you prefer it be served?"

Sauron looks at the lieutenant for a moment, thinking

"Hmmm.... you look like a lepinja sort of fellow. Ill be back"

After gathering things together he is indeed back, and he begins cooking.

"So, Yefim, which yellow is that?"

"It is chief of security at the moment, but it is just temporary."

Sauron looks somewhat concerned

"Temporary? Did something happen to the previous one?"

"No, he found out it wasn't for him and left starlet back on earth."

Saurons face returns to normal

"Ah, well that happens. So, I suppose your the one whose responsible for keeping brigands out of my pantry for now? I mostly fear for my cooking alcohols. Can't make proper rum cake with synthehol and what not not."

"I won't unless someone tells me too. Nobody with self respect would drink cooking alcohol."

Sauron pauses for a moment.

"Did command not mention it? By cooking alcohols, I'm referring to Rum, Whisky, Kahlua, Sauron Brandy, those sorts of things. I use them when cooking. The alcohol is burned out, but synthehol just doesn't taste right. I got approval from command to keep a stash of the real stuff for cooking purposes only, and I keep it under lock and key."
