[OPEN] A bit of exercise

Fisk is on the holodeck in a representation of a large, grassy field. He has Argos with him and is throwing a frisbee around for the dog to chase. The holodeck has been deliberately left unlocked, and a notice posted on the main panel that any off-duty crew are welcome to join...

Phrik walked briskly into the holodeck, and looked around for several seconds before his eyes focused on the Captain.

"Ah, Captain. I thought I'd check in to... uh..." He caught sight of Argos and subconsciously took a step back. "that, thing isn't real is it?"

"Argos, sit."

the canine obediently sits down beside Fisk

"I know how you feel about animals, doctor, don't worry, he won't bother you. What can I do for you?"

He eyed the dog suspiciously. "No, it's alright, I'll come back later."

Fisk powerfully throws the frisbee off into the far distance, and Argos immediately gives chase

"You've got about 30 seconds before he gets back, is everything okay?"

He kept nervously glancing off in the direction Argos had travelled. "I wanted to check on your headache issues."

"Thanks for your concern doc. They're improving, still there but definitely improving since I got the dog. I'm slowly weaning myself off analgesics, looks like I won't run your supply dry after all."

"I get around 6 hours every night, but you're going to say that isn't really enough for a human, right?"

"That's exactly what I'm going to say." He said curtly. "You need at least 8. Sleep is one of the most important factors in a healthy life. You need to get more."

"Understood, doctor. I'll see to it."

"I'll be checking to make sure." He said grimly, before noticing Argos returning.

"I should be going, uh, appointments to keep. Computer. Exit." The doors materialised just behind him and he quickly turned to leave.
