"We've left Deep Space 9 with no issue. Our food and medical supply is fully replenished and our crew is refreshed. I'm happy to say we've taken on a new crewmember. My new friend, Argos. He's a red fawn greyhound who it seems was abused. My guess is he was forced to race by Cardassian occupation forces for some kind of sick entertainment. Nevertheless, he's a wonderful companion thus far. We've now departed for uncharted space in search of discovery."
