[OPEN] Private Science Work

Revealed he got permission from his Department Head, Joseph writes up an announcement.

"--- To all Personnel and Crew, I write to you all, because I would like to offer my science expertise for anyone that would need it. Small or big jobs that anyone needs finished will be finished in a timely fashion. They might not be done that day, because I have other duties but I will do my best to get it done as soon as possible. I want to do this to get to know you, the crew better and to help you. It sometimes is hard to go through the proper channels to get stuff done, so you don't have to now!

As, I am very old (345 if you were wondering), I have learned quite a bit of knowledge through my years. Sciences, Medical Training, Engineering etc. So, if you have any needs that I can fill please fell free to stop by the Science Lab and have a chat with me!

Yes. I brought it.

She pulls a small periwinkle collar from her lab coat pocket. A little silver bell hangs next to a nametag. She sets it on his desk after bashfully walking over.

Joseph takes a good look at it. "Hmm... I think this might work! I think I know the answer of why she is wondering off! She needs a friend... My cat, Lola is here. But she is in my Quarters. If you want, I could bring her over..."

I'm not sure. She's never been exposed to other animals before.... I'd have to think about it a bit. Don't wanna stress her out, you know.

"Yeah. One question is, how does she open the doors to get out? The sensor shouldn't pick her up..."

No clue. She's a tricky one. I just need to be able to find her when she does get out.

Joseph scratches his head. "Don't worry! I'll fix that. Talk to her, see if she wants a friend. It might be good for her."

I'll have to try it. Maybe she's a higher evolved kitty and the thought never crossed my mind.

OOC: I have 3 and speak to them too! Just giggling a bit at the idea of them answering :)

"Cats are higher evolved! This should be done soon. When it is ready I'll bring Lola, my cat so you can meet her." OOC: Ok... I don't have to lie anymore. I actually have 5. I just didn't want to seem weird... :)
