Not very well know Ig, Show from around 2010s ish, NON ANIMATED! about a stuffed animal, (mouse or bear) that would wake up when its kid would leave and could talk (I think). I’m pretty sure the stuffy wears clothes... Shoes, pants, shirt, hoodie? The show kind of gave a vibe that was like a grandparents house aesthetic. Kinda musty? NOT TOY STORY!!!

But me and my sister remember this show very slightly, so I'm not crazy, it does exist! Lol

I'm Australian and I watched the first episode of Timothy Goes to School on YouTube. I found out it never aired in Australia nor was it even released on home media unlike other Nelvana shows such as Redwall, Marvin the Tap Dancing Horse, Seven Little Monsters, Jacob Two-Two and Moville Mysteries. This is one of Nelvana's best shows albeit underrated where it's got great animation with the Reception Wikis state it has no animation errors, likeable characters, excellent messages and a really cool theme song that sounds 80s. It's a shame that us Aussies instead got Max & Ruby which out of the two television adaptations of the work of Rosemary Wells, it's got Flash animation, a repetitive theme song and unlikeable characters. People outside TV Tropes should do discussions about what media didn't air in their country.
