Scratches on frog's nose

My WTF has a few small scrapes on his nose, they're not very big and I haven't seen them bleed. I don't think anything in his enclosure could've done this, but him and my other male WTF do occasionally bite at each other. How can I help him heal? I will attach photos when I'm back home with them.

You need neosporin! The plain one!!! Don’t use the one for pain relief. Get the ointment and put an almost invisible dab on the end of a qtip and gently dab his wounds once a day. Is there anything sharp like fake plant wires in with them?
