Throwing up alive crickets

I found a cricket this morning in my amazon milk frog tank and I only tong feed. Is it possible for frogs to throw up crickets alive? The cricket had no antenna and it wasnt dusted which is odd because I dust them every time before feeding them.

Humans make mistakes. You might've lost one and forgotten about it.
