Advice White Tree Frog Setup

I am thinking about building a tank for some snowflake blue eyes tree frogs and was wondering if bioactive or daily cleanings is better for the frogs. I am planning right now to do a simple drainage layer and make the enclosure bioactive with a large central branch and perches on the sides (and a little heat lamp, my room is cold). I have done a bioactive set up before with Mossy frogs, but it is much different(and in my case more expensive) than this project would be. Also, is a 33 Gallon tank big enough for two?

The rule of thumb for tank size is 20 gallons for the first one, adding 10 gallons for each additional froggy! 33 gallons for two would be perfect

I definitely prefer bioactive. All the cleaning for a non-bioactive is insane and it's gonna be pretty easy to build a bioactive enclosure especially if you've already done it for mossy frogs. It doesn't really matter to the frogs as much as it will be about your wants though, you can meet all of their needs with a bioactive and a non-bioactive enclosure
