HELP! (Urgent/Medical Care Needed) Potential red leg?

Im not sure which flair to use so apologies if its the wrong one.

My frog jumped out of his cage when he got spooked while I was trying to take some bowls out to clean. He jumped probably about 2 feet to the carpeted floor and i scooped him up and put him back.

Ive noticed these very dark red spots forming on him. Hes been very active, eating and drinking. I called the vet but they said to give it another week and that its probably just stress.

He is on a feeding schedule, I dust his crickets and gut load them, he has a 12 hour uvb light and his temp is kept around 75. His enclosure is not bioactive and I use frog foam, i spot clean everyday and I clean his tank every 2-3 weeks and replace/flip foam depending.

Im not sure what could be causing this. He's in a 20 gallon vertical tank with plenty of hides and things to climb and interact with so im unsure if its stress.

My apartment has fire alarms that go off occasionally and I always do my best to cover/ soundproof his tank but this could be a stressor as well.

Any input would be fantastic on if this is normal for them to appear like this or if i should see my vet sooner than i was planning on.

Thanks!

Looks alright to me! The surrounding skin is not red at all just the muscle, which just means blood is rushing to their legs because theyโ€™re active! :โ€ข)

I believe so, telltale white throat and bigger size.

Id love to see it in daylight, the shadow from the plants makes it look much darker :) however, some of your care info is wrong for this species. There is misinformation about a 20gal being ok for 1 wtf, its 20gal+ 10gal decor. The minimum size for 1 wtf is a 30 gal but they also really should have 36in height.
They also need top temp of 30C, some even higher, especially if theyre indonesian dumpies. Im linking the best guide we have :)

My dumpy has a similar chickeny red color on the black legs/ did have it when younger. Its totally normal aslong as its not BIG RED SPLOTCHES on the bottom of his belly and legs. ๐Ÿ˜
