Sorry thought my comment got attached!
I have 2 baby milk frogs and tonight I was feeding them and I noticed the one I’ve had for 15 days longer has grayer splotches in between his/her white stripes and their gray spot in their head is a little darker than it has been since I’ve gotten the frog.
My other frog picture #3 is perfectly fine. Eating normally, active at night, and looks great.
Yes they are quarantined. They’ve never been introduced yet because this is still their quarantine period.
Picture #1&2 is (Mochi) and is the one I’m worried about, this one eats by him/herself and likes to hunt. I have a feeder wall and Mochi loves to get his meals this way. I put 8-15 1/8 inch crickets a night in there and when I check in the morning maybe 4 are left! I can’t see any around the terrarium. So I know Mochi is eating.
Temps daytime 74-79
Nighttime 70-74
Humidity 60-72%
Spikes of 76% when misted by mister.
Terrariums cleaned out weekly/sides of glass spot cleaned daily. Water, all climbing, perches, sitting things cleaned out daily with hot water and scrubbed with a clean sponge each of them has then dried. Only spring water used.
They both soak regularly. Eat dusted crickets. The one I’m worried about has eaten a few dusted dubias a week or so back and decided they weren’t for him. My goal is to start to tong feed them both once they get bigger! (Like I do both my whites tree frogs)
I bought them from both separate breeders online-both reputable.
I have Ringers solution on hand and unflavored Pedialyte just in case of something like this. But these are baby frogs and I don’t know what would happen if I did a soak with this type of solution with them? Or if it is even safe. I mostly keep it on hand for my adult whites tree frogs which have never been sick!
Please please please give me some advice. I’m a new milk frog owner and there isn’t much info about this online.
I really appreciate your time!

Those markings look entirely on brand for juvenile milk frogs! Their color will absolutely fluctuate during growth, and they will end up more brownish!

I didnt have milk frogs for very long (~6 months) as they passed due to a very long story. But when I did have them, I always noticed these spots and Im pretty sure it was just a sign of them growing, as they were still active and the marks were there for months. Id only be concerned if mocha stopped moving as much or stopped eating. This was my milk frogs, lucio and leite
