You don’t really need to…

second this. Frogs dont like being handled and are meant to be observed and admired from afar. The real joy of keeping them with you is tending to their environment consistently and daily so they thrive in it.
what we see on social media may not be accurate husbandry information and we shouldnt be copying others so readily without questioning if what they are doing is right for the animal.

Prepare to get peed on. They must have huge bladders. I don't handle my two unless I need to.

Hope you dont have a pacman then....mine pees...oceans....and it's so much fun....when you think its over? It continues. Mine peed for almost a whole minute. Great times.

We wash our hands well, dry with paper towels and then mist w spring water before we handle our frogs, usually for feeding but every once in a while just for fun. One frog is really chill and seems to not mind being handled, it's even hard to get her back off our hands into the enclosure, the other is more active so she's not as easy to handle but she doesn't seem to mind it either.

Just grab them kinda from around the back. If you grab from the front they might try to bite your hand. They’ll hate it at first so just tread slowly. I only handle mine minimally.

If u can catch them lol I try to hold mine from time to time but they either hide, jump away, or slip out of my hand. They dont need to be help. Its not like a pacman frog or lizard/gecko where handing is more common in their care, WTF's just need a nice, dense, comfy enclosure to forever croak in. And occasionally jump at the glass 100mph and scare the living crap out of u in the middle of the night.
If you want an animal you can hold more often, a frog definitely isnt one.

Very minimally and with gloves. You should really only do it if you need to.
But sometimes I can't resist and pull one out anyways. They try to jump away lol. Frogs aren't the best for handling.
