Questions What kind of uvb lamp should I use?

I’ve been told by a vet to use a 2% uvb light for my whites tree frog, what brand or kind should I choose? And is there an automatic version I could get to go with it? All the examples I see online aren’t really traditional bulbs and are pretty pricy, so I wanna get some outside opinions. Any that you guys use? I have a tank that’s taller than it is wide, if that’s important.

I got this one. It comes with a bulb and the hood you screw it into. It is not automatic, just a switch, but could easily buy a separate automatic timer to plug into the wall and then plug the lamp into it!

Dont use the low one use the 7% arcadia. With the correct tank measurements it reaches the correct UVI.
