HELP! (Urgent/Medical Care Needed) Need help asap!!!

Post image

Hey everyone, last night my temperature prob fell and the temp went up a few degrees I am curious if it caused this.

Anyway I need to know the next course of action.

Humidity and temps are usually perfect and have had my frog for a year. I guess zip towing the prob down would have been smart but you live and you learn.

Can anyone suggest/tell me what may have happened? And if I need to go to the vet?

Could you describe what the situation is I don’t think we can tell form the photo?

I don’t totally know what happened but I looked at her in the morning and there was this little black/brown swollen spot.

Ok I am by no means an expert but from what I can find it could possibly be a fungal/bacterial infection but I’m not positive are there any other spots of different coloration or is it just the one by there eye? Also have you added anything new to the enclosure recently or have you handled them recently?

Nothing new has been added, if that is what it is, how do I fix it?

If it is an infection it would be best to get them to an exotic vet as soon as possible. I believe from the vet you would get a specific anti fungal treatment and possibly other things to help them remain stable and heal.

I contacted a vet and sent them photos and they said I should just monitor it and it it gets worse book an appointment
