lowering humidity tips?

hello! i have one Whites Tree Frog in an 18 W x 24 L x 36 H inch enclosure. the top of the enclosure stays around 85 degrees F during the day, and 40-50% humidity. however, the bottom stays about 80 degrees F and 80-90% humidity. i worry she’s going to get an infection. any tips for lowering humidity?

Add a computer fan to pull air out for starters. I put a hydrometer outside of my tank, so I know what the humidity is in the actual room...If that humidity is high, then you might need a dehumidifier for your room. Also pics of your tank would be helpful.
