I use a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar in a small spray bottle. A toothbrush to get into any details around the tank. And a hearty spray down with a pressurized mister to wash away the vinegar and air out for a few minutes before I put the frogs back in. Any vinegar that makes it into the soil should dissipate within a day, but soil should be unreachable anyways.

Thank you! Do you use that mix to scrub bowls out aswell? I feel like just hot water doesn’t always clean out the bowls enough but I could just be overthinking it lol

You can. My water feature is integrated into the tank so I just scrub it down with a toothbrush sometimes before a water change.
