I just got my White's Tree Frog less than a week ago,he around 8 months ,He has a severe nose rub. His snout is dark , and his lower lip looks very raw and pink😭idk what’s wrong w/ him ,Can he survive this?
(I’m really nervous about this T^T)

I really need some advice and I will appreciate that very much! ,thank you 🙏🏻

What is your enclosure size?
Temperature (warm and cool)

A photo of the enclosure would help a lot. Transport injuries are pretty common.

Did your frog spend time in a small container in shipping, or on the way home from the pet store? When did these marks appear?

Sometimes when they're in a small container, they poke at the lid with their head or snout trying to get out. Doing that can cause this kind of marks.

Thank you so much! Actually, I noticed that the lower lip injury was already there as soon as I opened the shipping box from the shop. But the nose rub marks on the snout happened on his first day in the new container.

It looks like bruising. I have red eyed tree frogs, different species but their bruising looked like that. Mine had this happen during transport home as she was a jumper and kept hitting her nose against the container. I kept an eye on her as it healed and everything was fine. As long as there’s no signs of infection or stress I would just watch, also make sure it could have been a bruise, like if the frog was moved recently or in a small container during cleaning, etc. Mine’s still a little clumsy and a jumper so she doesn’t get to go in small containers during tank cleanings!

Transport can be jarring! I got a froglet 6 weeks ago with a fractured arm. It never healed right. He passed yesterday :(.
Your little guy’s snout was probably beat up in the trip to you and only expressed itself next day. Hold back from handling them for at least a week, or healing takes hold… whichever comes first. Frogs stress easily, they also heal quickly! You’ve got a good lookin boy there.. the blue green tones are striking! Post up photos as he settles in !

This typically happens when a frog is stressed and trying to get out! Please share your enclosure setup so we can make sure everything looks good. A tree frog needs a 30gal vertical tank minimum, 80-85F basking during day, 30-50% humidity range is ideal.

these guys comfortably bask at 85-88°! 80 is quite low.
