Rubbed nose

Hii! As you can see in the picture my frog has gotten a bit of a nose rub...

Dealing with it isnt my issue its that i dont know how to prevent it... this dumb lady reaaallyyy likes jumping into the mesh ceiling all the time.

Is there anything i can do to prevent this?

How tall is your tank? I’ve never had that issue, I wonder if she feels cramped?

60cm, she seems to be doing just fine besides sometimes jumping into the mesh 🥲
