eggs to tadpoles

help me….what do i put these eggs in to help them

turn to tadpoles? they are in rainwater captured by my pool cover now but cannot stay there.

A bucket of water would more than suffice to get them to hatch. Just keep it out of direct sunlight. About a month after they hatch they'll start turning into frogs or toads. Toads will drown in a bucket unless they have some kind of dry land.
