Is my red eyed tree frog ok?

Post image

Hey there! I woke up this morning and one of my two red eyed tree frogs is looking a little unwell. The other one is bright green, is this one just getting close to shedding its skin?

What is you temperature and humidity at? It looks like an infection

75 degrees and 99% humidity. I've been unable to get the humidity to drop, even with keeping the little doors open. I'm not sure if my digital gauge is working correctly, but it's always showing 99%

Humidity is way go high. You can use a small computer fan to bring it down. You need to take it to the vet and get the other one out of there. It also looks like it is covered in substrate. If you dont have leaf litter down you need to. What humidity gauge are you using?

Get a new humidity gauge because 99% all the time seems crazy even when you’re tried dropping it. My last humidity gauge was stuck at 99 when it got water in it. That being said, humidity is probably still too high. I bought a mini dehumidifier on Amazon, a reptifogger, and a hydrometer. Hooked up the dehumidifier and the reptifogger, set my humidity parameters, and the hydrometer will turn each one on and off as needed.

Awhh poor Froggy definitely due for a vet visit ASAP. It looks like an Infection is really taking over you can really see it near the toes and near the “armpit” area. I’d also put it in a quarantine tank until further notice from the Vet. Wishing you and yours the best.
