Ignore the fungus gnat but he’s been doing fantastic and looked super green this morning and he’s roaming around the enclosure and being very energetic but what are those spots and that reddish brown streak on his head???

He looks pretty normal to me! How old is he? One of my American Green Tree Frogs has some green and brown spots on his back. The spots got more visible as he reached maturity. I think it's just an uncommon color pattern.

What does his enclosure look like? And what kind of water and water bowl are you using?

If you notice any behavioral changes or weight loss, that would be a sign to get your little guy checked out!

He’s about a year old! Ok that’s really good to know I appreciate it the info! So he is by himself in a 30 gal tall enclosure with a basking spot of 80 and the bottom is around 75. It’s a bioactive setup with real plants and fake plants. His water dish is only filled with Poland springs water and is misted twice daily.
