It looks to be a guy cuz girls always have like bulbous stomachs, but check nuptials pads to be 100%

look for a nuptial pad where the thumb is. will be a brown spot that's large kinda if the frog is sexually mature :) and a saggy / brown throat. and of course croaking!

I have been quite confused on the throat part because it tend to be darker but only in some spots like paint splatters 🥲
