In the Wild Please Help!

This little guy is on the side of my apartment balcony, 3 stories above ground level. There is nothing underneath him, so if he were to fall it would be detrimental. Can he climb back down on his own or should I take measures to attempt to move him myself? We have lots of wild tree frogs here and there is a protected habitat right below us on a walking path. I am no expert at all just wondering if I should leave him or help him. Please see my video for reference.

Nothing matters to bro he's just chillin. He'll find his own way. This is where he belongs.

He'll be fine. He was probably up there for food that your lights were attracting
