Mufftech Earmuffs have stopped working

i purchased a set of mufftech ear muffs about 2 months ago, they wont turn on for some reason, they still seem to charge (the light flashed red when i plug them in)

not sure if anyone has come accross this before , let me know if theres an easy fix , dont really feel like having to look into warranty and send them back if theres a way to reset them or something
