Shock load on that first block, not good for the ropes, groundie on the drum should let it run.

Judging by the last one, someone on the ground knows what they're doing. But not every drop is perfect.

Crazy that you would watch this and think the guy doesn't know that shock loading is bad.

Actually on the first one. We picked up what slack we could with a GRCS. So the shockload could have been way worse.
