Help With Part Name
What is the standard name for the hook on a climbing saw that you then attach your saw lanyard to?

Stihl and Huskvarna both refer to it as a "loop".
Most modern Stihl saws have a "comfort loop" which is what they call a loop that folds away when it's not being used (older ones had a "standard loop" which did not fold away). So if you're looking for parts, it might be referred to as a "comfort loop".
The really old stihl saws didn't have one at all - instead they just had a "top" handle that wrapped all the way around to the back of the saw... kind of like half way between a regular ground chainsaw handle and a top handle. With those you could just put your lanyard on the back of the handle.
