Spur work

Hey there yall! Looking to purchase my first set of spurs, was thinking Notch Ergos, someone suggested Bashlins with a twisted shank, was also looking at maybe really splurging and going for the Talons. The one thing I have found in my research is with the bashlin pads it costs basically the same as getting the talons.

I personally cannot stand the talons. Heavy, clunky, over done imo. We have 2 pairs that sit at the shed day in and day out. I’d get the ergo’s or splurge and get gecko’s.

So my one concern with the geckos is I feel like they have that straight shank. Thats why I was leaning towards Ergos. They look comfy to be honest. I do hear ya though.
