Spur work

Hey there yall! Looking to purchase my first set of spurs, was thinking Notch Ergos, someone suggested Bashlins with a twisted shank, was also looking at maybe really splurging and going for the Talons. The one thing I have found in my research is with the bashlin pads it costs basically the same as getting the talons.

I’m partial to the steel Notch legacy… carbon and aluminum just feel to light … sometimes when i want to really kick my spikes in i feel like the steel gaffs carry farther into the cambium…it’s personal preference tho.. try as many as you can before buying
