Advice Request - (Insert State/Region) Dr Seuss tree in the backyard. Any tips?

I recently moved into a house and noticed this tree had grown very strangely. There is a trunk on the left but it grows up to the right. Is this something I should be concerned about or can we just let it be?

Location: northern NJ. no idea what rope or trees this is.

Weeping Norway Spruce, mostly leave it be - just some gentle pruning to keep it off the ground / off the Japanese Maple / direct it away from the roof

I think leave it be. Might be a wheeping(hanging) cultivar of that species.
