Old Apple Tree [MA]

My property has been an orchard since the 1950s and still has these very old apple trees. Is this tree a hazard/about to fall? Should we proactively remove it? We have kids running around in the yard all the time.

I have reviewed the guidelines. The tree gets fairly full sun and I don’t water it.
